Director SC Replenishment

Lead a team of Replenishment Managers and Specialists with the purpose of driving in-stock improvements in store and online while also maintaining appropriate inventory levels. Responsibilities: Directs and manages a team of IFSSs, IFSs, and IF Managers to accurately execute all fulfillment programs and plans for the assigned product categories using Lowe's Inventory Fulfillment System and defined inventory fulfillment best practices Reviews program analysis and implements achievable inventory plans for product programs and events (depending on workflow) to determine optimal execution methods and alignment to best practices and procedures, accounting for product/vendor specific constraints and requirements Oversees the reconciliation of order results (dollars and units) to the buy plan and drives resolution of any significant variances Reviews each program's performance, adjusting settings if the program is under performing to ensure orders are created such that order flow is uninterrupted, collaborating with Program Optimization to initiate a re-optimization of the program's settings Leads the IF Managers and team in the evaluation of on-order amounts and order patterns for all Fulfillment Programs in assigned product categories to ensure there are no anomalies in the inventory pipeline Directs the execution of all seasonal and item exit strategies for assigned product categories and the In-Stock and Root Cause process, ensuring issues are addressed, corrected, and communicated to the Product Team proactively Oversees the evaluation of results of program execution, status of plan execution, and feedback assessment from vendors, DCs, transportation, etc. to trouble-shoot for problems impacting ability to meet the designated in-store target dates Reviews and utilizes reporting to determine the best solution to resolve shipping, planning, and/or execution inaccuracies, which impact original product plans Manages the reconciliation of inventory imbalances in the store or distributionnetwork and determines the most effective means of resolution (DC-DC transfer, Store-DC return, ICB, collaboration with product team for actions such as markdown, NLP, etc.) Collaborates with Inventory Fulfillment team on the development and implementation of new processes, best practices, and metrics to enhance the performance of the Fulfillment Programs Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain. 2+ years of experience with various trades within services. Preferred Qualifications: Master's in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. 10+ years of experience in retail product merchandising or services. 5+ years of experience with residential home improvement. 1491800BR

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
