Mgr Human Resources CSC

The principle purpose of the HR Manager, Contact Center is to support, facilitate and drive People processes and projects (i.e. performance management, employee engagement and change management) across all areas of the contact center.
This position manages individual contributors responsible for the day to day HR support for employees and front line leaders.
The HR Manager is expected to drive overall business performance and employee engagement by proactively diagnosing issues and opportunities and taking the necessary actions to address issues. The HR Manager serves as a consultant within the contact center, anticipating and analyzing problems at the individual, team, and leadership levels to identify actionable recommendations. The HR Manager collaborates closely with business leaders (MGRs/Directors) and HR SME's in the Centers of Expertise (COEs) to develop and implement solutions that drive organizational and business-unit objectives. To accomplish this, the HR Manager must have an understanding of HR policies processes and systems and knowledge of the contact center business.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree + 5 years of HR experience in a corporate environment
Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally in a complex environment
Demonstrated experience effectively managing projects
2 years + of leadership experience with direct report responsibility
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
Experience as an HR Manager in a 500+ employee Contact Center or similar scope/environment

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
