Help Desk support
6 month plus contract to hire position in Wilkesboro, NC.
This is an immediate need.
Ideal candidate will have 1-2 years IT support experience, AAS Degree in IT and strong customer service skills.
Any A
or Net
certification is a plus.
Candidates must be able to pass a 20 year criminal background check and drug screen.
Required Skills - Basic knowledge of:
o Active Directory
o UNIX/Linux - also any Scripting is a plus
o MS Office applications - Office 365 desired
o Point of Sales systems
Act as a single point of contact for several phone calls regarding IT issues
Receiving, logging and managing several phone calls Ability to listen and type simultaneously (40 words per minute) Ability to empathize Patience
Attentiveness Clear communication skills Ability to use positive language Goal oriented focus Ability to handle constant change
Willingness to learn Steadfast positive attitude

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
