SQL Report Analyst - Perm/Direct-Hire
New full-time position based at Head Office, Wilkesboro, NC , assist our IT team to develop and provide standardized reports and dashboards. Design, build and test reports for our growing business requirements, across all of our existing ERP and Financial systems. Supporting IT functionality throughout business, analyze, troubleshoot and prioritize problems, quickly and effectively.
o Report writing, installation, customization and training
o Maintaining and improving existing reports
o Design, build and test reports
o Ensuring data accuracy and functionality
o Analyze and support problems
o Completing tasks in an efficient and timely manner
o Deliver accurate reports to meet requirements and within project deadline
o Seek innovative ways to improve reporting to clients
Position/Program Requirements:
- Good knowledge of SQL databases, report building, testing and deploying within various SQL reporting solutions. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve issues and problems within the system environment.
- Good knowledge of standard IT operating procedures, including a thorough understanding of the business functions and architecture. - Excellent oral and written communication skills as an individual contributor and team member.
- Manufacturing background HIGHLY preferred
Knowledge requirements:
- Microsoft SQL 2008, SSRS/SSIS/Visual Studio, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, Office 2007+, Crystal Reports
Minimum Degree(s) and Certification(s) Required:
Relevant IT College degree preferred or 1-2 years related job experience
Additional Requirements
Travel occasionally.
