1 year contract with possible extensions or right to hire for IT help desk.
This position is 100% phone support for level 1 - IT issues.
Candidates are responsible for providing troubleshooting support for Windows 7, XP, MS- Office and MS-Outlook. Password resets, logging calls in Remedy Call management system.
Candidate must be self-starter, have excellent customer service skills, be able to talk and type.
This person needs to be somewhat flexible with the schedule and work later hours up to 10 pm if needed and will include one weekend day.
The pay is $12.75/hr. to $15.50 per hour DOE - 40 hour work week
Ideal candidates will have AAS Degree in Information Technology or Business, or IT training or Certifications such as A+, MCP or Network+
Ideal candidate will have prior phone, call center or customer service skills.
Looking for candidates that are willing to learn and grow with a large corporate client.
Candidates must be dedicated, and work their scheduled hours.
Any experience with PC repair, hardware/software installs is desired. Basic Unix/Linux Server is also desired.
Candidates must be able to pass 20 year criminal background check and drug screen
Local candidates preferred. On-site interviews required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
